QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION:
As a logistic and supply chain executive, you will supervise and manage every stage of the supply flow of industrial kitchen, laundry and beverage equipment, starting from purchase of the products until delivery to final customers and dealers.
MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES/OBJECTIVES:
· Execute daily supply chain operations such as reporting of purchasing status, creating PO’s and forecasts from the suppliers globally and updating the necessary data in the ERP,
· Receiving, monitoring, and managing customer orders from our sales team and distributors, and confirm delivery dates,
· Execute daily inbound and outbound operations through the ERP system,
· Booking both inbound and outbound transports and keeping close contact with the forwarders to monitor the deliveries,
· Closely monitor supplier production schedules to avoid a possible delay on deliveries from main warehouses and other suppliers
· Act proactively and immediately in case of foreseen delays,
· Reporting stocks and backorders regularly
· Manage foreign trade operations with customs broker, ensure all documentation is proper and valid
· Follow up and report customs Tareks/TSE operations, which includes providing necessary documentation
· Define the quantities to stock – safety inventory – for all finished products purchased, considering historical consumption, sales forecast, lead time and costs,
· Issue all necessary export documents such as invoices, delivery notes,
· Request management of returns / refusals and creation of credit notes,
· Follow up any contract updates and renewals, to maintain accurate records of warehouse, stock, and logistic costs,
· Manage all supplier relations and maintain good relationships by cooperating with suppliers via regular phone calls, visits and meetings and give regular feedback on supplier performance,
· Control payment’s condition in correspondence with Electrolux Professional general credit policy, payment terms and total prices,
· Negotiating the terms of agreements with a view to forwarders, warehouse operator and custom clearance companies,
· Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic logistic plans and ensure KPIs are being met,
· Communicating and collaborating with the customer care, design, marketing and sales departments to ensure that clients’ needs are met,
· Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way,
· Acquiring a thorough understanding of sales and logistic requirements, work on to improve the processes
· Analysis and identification of upcoming needs and opportunities,
· Keep abreast with sector and market trends and best practices,
· Develop and improve ERP system,
· Enhance and lead innovation input from suppliers and promote it into Electrolux Professional,
· Ensure that any other daily operational issues will be handled in a professional manner and with urgency,
· All this while keeping Electrolux Professional values and priorities in check.

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply
. Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
. Ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels
. Experience solving analytical problems, thru either professional experience (data analysis) or education
. Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Education level: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
Experience: Min. 5 Year, sectoral experience preferred
Foreign Language: Advanced level of written and spoken English
Computer program: MS Office, SAP or equivalent ERP, Salesforce or other CRM tools
Certificate: Driver’s licence (B)
