QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a team member in our Logistics and Customer Service Departments ‘Logistics and Customer Services Specialist’ to be employed in Kocaeli/Gebze, Headquater with following qualifications:
- Graduated from a Universty,
- Good level of English,
- At least 5 years of experience in the field, preferably with team management experience,
- Proficient in office programs, system usage experience,
- High service awareness, customer-oriented perspective,
- Strong communicator, giving importance to teamwork,
- Developed planning and organizational skills,
Our candidate will be responsible for,
- Managing export and domestic shipping warehouse operations,
- Managing the complaint records from stores and corporate customers, implementing and following the actions taken.
- To follow and manage compensation processes with 3PL companies.
- To monitor the performance of 3PL service providers over the system,
- Working closely with the relevant department in the purchasing processes and providing the necessary operational guidance,
- Ensuring the use of efficient and effective applications within the scope of Logistics and Customer Relations,
- To follow all security policies and procedures.
- To follow up the budget and realization within the scope of the logistics transportation budget, to provide invoice controls.
