QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a team member in our Logistics Center of Excellence Department as ‘Logistics Center of Excellence Specialist’ to be employed in Turkey/Gebze Head Quarter with following qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience in supply chain and related areas
- University degree in engineering (Industrial engineering is preferred)
- Excellent command of English both in speaking and writing
- Strategic thinking in problem solving when working in a fast growing business
- Experience in international supply chains
- Experience in Project and stakeholder management
- Experience in working with ERP systems and WMS solutions
- Excellent communication skill with experience in an international environment
- Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, process design and implementation
- Computer literate with strong MS Office skills, experience in MS Project is a plus
İŞ TANIMI
Our candidate will be responsible for;
- Accountable of creating cost and KPI reporting and ensuring actions taken to meet targets
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvements in warehousing & transport and design/deliver E2E programs with multifunctional teams accordingly
- Tender management of logistics services (local and international)
- Contract & SLA management with 3PLs
- Confirm business requirements for IT Systems/automation and lead projects for new system implementation when needed
- Support and input into the development of the global distribution strategy.
This role will require occasional international travel.
