QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in a related field, preferably Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or other related disciplines
- Willing to be developed in Supply Chain Management (Professional Logistics experience is not required)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Flexible and able to adapt to learn Toyota methods and philosophy
- Excellent command of English
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey
- Willing to live in Kocaeli or Sakarya
JOB DESCRIPTION
Successful candidate will be employed in Assembly Division and join the New Graduate Development Programme . Main responsibility area will be Logistics Department in line with Toyota's short to midterm business policies & production plan.
- Maintain process/ flow optimization, develop mid-and long term plant logistics strategies
- Develop standard operation procedures & work instructions for logistics activities
- Define Logistics layout for the plant in terms of flow, including definition & design of logistics areas
- Report related Logistics metrics (KPIs) & develop improvement plans including quality
