QUALIFICATIONS
- University graduate, Industrial Engineering or other related areas.
- Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing plant processes concerning Scheduling, Flow & Pull, Master data & stocking policies.
- Good knowledge of E2E Production Flow.
- Knowledge of tire industrialization process steps and associated systems, procedures, and regulations.
- Effective communication skills are a must.
- Very good command of English (both verbal & written).
- Be a team player and have the willingness to perform work in accordance with guidelines, standards, rules, and company policies.
- Skills in software (Sap, MS office, visual Basic, SQL)
- Will locate in Adapazarı
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure alignment between lot size and level of performance in set-up and process time. Provide technical and hands-on support with an analytical approach. Identify and propose remedies when gaps are identified.
- Take appropriate actions to support and maintain Pull and E-Kanban philosophy with a means of inventory optimization.
- Ensure all production confirmations are handled correctly and build an action plan that supports and drives the Pull and flow processes in the plant.
- Coordinate and audit material flow between different production stages.
- Collect feedback and provide assessments on local change readiness and progress of implementation efforts. Drive smaller batches and shorter lead times.
- The position will report to Plant Flow Manager
