Graduated from Industrial Engineering or similar engineering departments
At least 2 years of experience in the field of logistics in the automotive sector (it is preferable to be a logistics representative with automotive customers)
Knowledge of ERP Programs and Office Applications
Very good command of English

JOB DESCRIPTION
Receiving orders from customers via email (PDF and excell), EDI or fax, accurately transferring and analyzing them to the ERP system
Analyzing customer order variations and providing feedback to the customer
In line with the feedback from the Production Planning unit regarding customer order deadlines, informing the correct deadlines to the customers and defining them to the system correctly.
To prepare and follow up the dispatch plans of customer orders
To make customer order management by considering the stock turnover rate and shipment amounts.
To ensure that customer orders are analyzed in coordination with production planning, to warn the necessary units about the problems that may occur in the confirmed customer orders and to ensure that the action is taken
Ensuring that customers are informed about delays in delivery dates and that necessary actions are taken
