We are looking for a Logistics Planning Specialistto join a dynamic and growing Supply Chain Team for a global leader in the eye-care sector.
Requirements;
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as International Logistics, Industrial Engineering preferably,
- Very good command of Microsoft Office Programs (Specially Excel),
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,
- ERP system knowledge is a plus,
- Min 1 year of experience in logistics planning, order management, supply chain management,
- Strong organization & planning skills and problem solving ability.
Responsibilities;
- Ensure logistics capabilities aligned with demand, supply plans and costs,
- Supply products within the accurate timeframe and in the right quantities,
- Manage effectively processing of various types of sales orders,
- Suggesting improvements to cut costs and improve the entire process with an in-depth understanding of the supply chain and related business problems,
- Determine gaps to plan and develops/ executes improvement plans to meet Supply Chain needs,
- Developing insights, algorithms, and data products that support decision-making in all facets of supply chain,
- Coordinate and work closely with Sales, Warehouse, Logistic operations teams,
- Coordinate and manage counting process regularly,
- Order management on ERP.
