QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Logistics Specialist.
Your contribution to something big:
- Holding customer value as first priority, ensuring logistics KPIs are at benchmark levels consistently.
- Being the key player in orchestrating customer requirements and service provider capabilities on a daily basis.
- Close contact with 3PL organization to safeguard Bosch warehouse operations maturity standards.
- Liaise with Warehousing 3PL to drive improvement and follow-up of regular/irregular tasks.
- Frequent shop-floor presence to resolve logistical issues on the spot. (min. 50%)
- Making sure quality and returns processes are streamlined with all stakeholders
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Relevant university degree i.e. Business Administration, Supply-Chain, Information Technology or similar
- 4-6 years of experience in a high-tempo commercial environment preferably in supply-chain or physical logistics roles.
- Prior 3PL experience in operational roles beneficial.
- Understanding of logistical concepts such as warehousing, transportation and related optimization methods.
- Understanding of warehousing lean shop-floor applications (First-hand involvement beneficial)
- Ability to demonstrate conceptual understanding and practical thinking to construct/implement logistics business models.
- Acute problem solving skills.
- Proven track-record in analytical thinking.
- Personal skill set to display tailored communication for each business setting i.e. solution-oriented to customers, resolute to contractors.
- High energy and success-driven, internally motivated.
- Thirst for knowledge.
- Fluent in English, German beneficial.
