We are looking for Logistics Specialist for our office in Başiskele, Kocaeli.
What You’ll Do
- Support operative day to day business and ensure flawless and secured process flows
- First-Level-Support in regards to local logistics team, SAP processes and at SAP-System changes
- Implement supply chain changes into SAP-processes and vice versa
- Preparation of reports and statistics
- Support at new upcoming supply chain and logistics projects and process optimization at SAP-System and support implementation by IT
- Logistics Interface with Program Management, Engineering Project Leader, Logistics and Customer to support flawless introduction of new model programs and technical engineering changes
- Monitoring of delivery and program dates and communication with customer
- Preparation of SAP processes in accordance to new programs and changes
- Support local LOG team on SAP master data set up and maintenance
- Check of SAP settings cross-plant and departments when setting up and upload new material
- Regular / monthly checking of SAP settings
- Create and support upload matrix for creating new materials at SAP
- Identification of KAIZEN and improvements at process and SAP transactions at the overall supply chain
- Implement identified improvements with the responsible departments or support implementations
Required Qualifications of Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or relevant fields
- Minimum 4 years experience related field
- Extensive user skills in SAP on Key User Level at SD & MM & WM
- Advanced level of Excel and other MS Office Applications
- Fluent in English
- Analytical thinking, result, customer quality oriented approach and good interpersonal skills are required competencies
- Able to work both independently and in a team, flexible. Customer oriented service approach
- Male candidates should have completed military service
