QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 7 - 10 years' of relevant work experience in warehouse operations execution with at least 3 years team management experience.
- Fluent in English - both verbal and written
- Confident MS offices user
- Strong team player with excellent problem solving skills
- Self-starter and willingness to learn.
- Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, result oriented approach
- No military obligation for the male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Monitoring and analyzing supplier agreements and supplier performances.
- Tracking and reporting of logistics budget, close follow up the costs regarding logistics.
- Keeping in touch with CS to keep de service level better than year ago on daily basis tracking
- Monitoring and analyzing customs operations of customs brokers.
- Conducting cycle count and annual physical verification, ensuring the stock accuracy within the plant.
- Material flow management (define KPIs and targets, make gap analysis, track and define corrective action plans) on Inventory (right use of space), Inbound and Outbound flows
- WHS daily activities management and tracking
- Relations with purchasing, planning, production, R&D on daily and monthly basis on KPI
- Support the activities of internal logistics improvement in terms of flows and space management
- Developing processes for continuous improvement and taking responsibility as a team member within the scope of projects.
