QUALIFICATIONS
· Graduated from related departments of Universities,
· Having a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field,
· Good level of Professional / Technical English knowledge,
· Have a very good verbal-written communication, reporting and presentation skills,
· Preferably having industry experience,
· Have problem solving and analytical thinking skills,
· Will be able to adapt to dynamic working environments and flexible working hours,
· Prone to teamwork,
· Communication skills are strong,
· Good command of MS Office applications and ERP system,
· Male candidates must have completed military service,
· Resident or able to reside close to the workplace location to which he / she is affiliated.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· To ensure that the orders received are prepared for shipment, to guide the team by
providing the necessary organization for timely and error-free shipments.
· To ensure that the shipments are planned and realized in a way that meets the desired quality conditions as targeted. Organizing the necessary workforce.
· Preparing the shipping plans, checking the needs in line with the published shipping plan, reporting the deficiencies, making the warehouse movement work plan and having it implemented.
· To organize the internal logistics of the products produced on the lines and to manage the team under her/him in this direction.
· To make the necessary analyzes to increase the accuracy of demand planning and to direct the sales teams,
· Follow-up of problems in product supply with production planning, taking necessary actions in cases of supply problems,
· Implementation of stock allocation process, determination of optimum stock levels of finished products
· Management of strategic procurement, planning, supplier management and negotiation / bargaining processes
· Supporting and implementing WMS processes.
· Selecting, developing and implementing financially efficient, reliable and timely logistics solutions.
· Developing strategies for all processes and implementing approved strategies.
· Ensuring that all inventory movements are recorded and reported accurately.
· Preparing and presenting warehouse counting and monthly results reports.
