General Qualifications;
- Bachelor’s degree in related area,
- Min. 3 years of experience, preferably in a multinational manufacturing company
- Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must, hands on experience in recruitment, training & diversified HR processes are strong assets
- Proficiency in desktop applications and knowledge of Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook etc.)
- Advanced level of using different career portals
- Result oriented, analytical thinker with strong communications
- Must reside in or willing to move to Çerkezköy, Çorlu or Silivri
- Completed military service for male candidates.
Job Description;
- Responsible of keeping the HR data updated
- Responsible of monthly / annual reporting of all HR processes that are implemented
- Developing and implementing sourcing strategies based on company needs and policies
- Creating ideal candidate profile for each open position
- Mediating between candidates and hiring managers
- Creating and publishing job ads in various portals
- Follow up the job ads and giving feedback on time to the candidates.
- Analyzing the company’s training needs, measuring and reporting the training results
