QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Overview:

Deliver quality service leadership at given territory in logistics of liquid and solid products with focus on customs, transport and warehousing through strong multi-functional process leadership and governance of the market activities, supporting business owners with management expertise.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure effective maintenance of an optimal transport, customs and warehouse network with subsequent supplier portfolio for the local business unit, perform negotiations, contract design, sign up & implementation.

- Provide governance and control over future change activities, ensuring delivery to time, budget and agreed business case by key metrics (costs, service, quality).

- Support local Management and HQ front and back office.

- Create, implement and improve processes and systems related to the role and deliver training to ‘activity owners’ and stakeholders ensuring efficient & effective execution.

- Handle order to delivery process and ensuring continuous improvement across the business unit and with suppliers.

- Basic KPIs for the job: On Time and In Full Delivery, Assigned budget realization, Lost time incident rate, Returns, losses, none-quality.

What we expect from you:

- Experience in warehousing / transport or supply chain - at least 2-3 years; knowledge of customs processes will be an advantage.

- Excellent English & Turkish languages. Russian will be an advantage.

- Software: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP - as an advantage.

- Broad business mindset, strong interpersonal skills, persuasiveness, strong project management skills, ability to work efficiently under the pressure.
