Unifree has been operating duty-free shops since 1984, and its strength comes from its service quality policy. Unifree that is a company with a German partner (Gebr. Heinemann) and manages the world's largest duty-free shop area and offering travel retail services on an area of over 56,000 square meters at Istanbul Airport. We are representative of the prestigious and a retail location in Istanbul Airport with over 2.000 employees.
There is a wide and luxurious product range after Unifree Duty Free stores ticket and passport control. It offers the sales service of products such as liquor, tobacco and confectionery, perfume and cosmetics, and accessories to Airline Passengers. Unifree has 103 sub-operators and a total of 134 local and foreign stores.
We are looking for a "Liquor, Tobacco, Chocolate Category Specialist" to be included in our team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Help perform item level pricing, margin management, and market basket analysis,
- Develop business models in support of strategic and tactical marketing initiatives,
- Monitoring the weekly shipment plan and work with Order Management team to make sure all deliveries will be on time,
- Help create and develop a long term plan and strategy for development of the category,
- Ability to analyze multiple categories, sub-categories, and item performance,
- Aid the driving category relationships with the large retailers,
- Aid best in class in-store executions, increase penetration and basket size strategies
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields,
- Minimum 3 year of experience,
- Preferably has experience in the retail sector,
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
- Excellent command of MS Office applications,
- Has analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
- Has planning and organizational skills,
- Result and change oriented, strong communication skills, multitask and a team player,
- No restrictions for travelling both inside of Turkey and abroad temporarily,
- Military service should be completed for male candidates.
