QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are hiring Team Leaders for our Luxury Boutique in Istanbul Airport. ( Hermes )


SKILLS


•8 years' retail experience (preferably in luxury ) with at least 3 years in management level,

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred ( at least continuing at university )

• Excellent customer relations management skills,

• Excellent leadership, presentation and communication skills,

• Sales-driven and able to work under pressure,

• Strong business sense of retail service, passion in retail operations,

• Knowledge of computer applications

• Good level of English, ( at least upper intermediate ),

• Flexible to work in night shift in addition to day shift


GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES


• Assist the Boutique Managers in driving communication of business objectives and initiatives within your team, ensuring all team members are well informed on business activities and their required contribution,

• Motivate and engage the store team to ensure store sales target are met,

• Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role in store, through client engagement and offering an exceptional level of customer experience,

• Create a positive and supportive work environment that results in a positive internal competition, stable retention and increased sales

• Assist the Boutique Managers in all store operations and work closely with the team to ensure all store operations are running smoothly
