QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Maintenance engineer responsible for mechanical maintenance.
- Maintenance planning and planning of spare parts,
- Decreasing of unplanned technical breakdown time,
- Maintenance costs planning , reducing of maintenance costs and stock costs,
- Coordination, target deployment and performance evaluation of mechanic maintenance staff,
- Planning, implementing and following up the personnel training,
- Support to TPM activities
Qualifications
- Having the capacity to understand a wide range of engineering functions and procedures,
- Ability to lead and motivate others,
- Team-work skills to work cooperatively and liaise with people at all levels,
- Being able to negotiate with, and persuade others,
- Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills,
- The confidence to respond positively when under pressure,
- People management skills,
- Knowledge and experience regarding hydraulic and pneumatic systems,
- To have experience in mechanical maintenance activities especially in CNC turning and freezing machines.
