MAINTENANCE LEADER
Qualifications
- Engineering university degree is required,
- Good level of English knowledge,
- Minimum 7 years similar work experience on Automotive industry,
- Proactive, result oriented, open-minded and open for teamwork,
- Knowledge and experience in TPM activities,
Knowledge about problem solving tools (Lean, Six Sigma, RedX etc.).
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that periodic and preventive maintenance are appropriately scheduled and accomplished and that emergency troubleshooting and maintenance support are readily available as needed.
- Managing maintenance goal setting, activity scheduling and work allocation to ensure measurable goals, proper workload distribution, goal satisfaction and effective staff management.
- Monitoring and continually improving maintenance processes and maintenance personnel performance to achieve enhanced levels of efficiency.
- Maintaining records on machinery such as lubrication schedules, repair and replacement records, specifications and manuals for future use.
- Ensures proper maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems of the facility.
