- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

- Good command of written and spoken English.
|
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Automotive Industry (Seating Experience is preferred).
|
- Experience of managing New Product / Process introduction (industrialisation) & existing production process improvements.
|
|
- Being eager to learn and self develop.
|
- Knowledge over efficiency, productivity and lean production systems.
|
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving, decision making.
|
- Good communicative skills.
|
- Good quality mind-set and strong documentation/reporting skills.
|
- ISO TS 16949, APQP/PPAP, ANPQP, FMEA, SPC,MSA,8D certifications are a plus.
|
- Good command of MS Office applications.
|
- Able to travel abroad when its needed.
|
- Living / able to live in Bursa.

Job Description |
- Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly tracking, analyzing, improving and reporting of the KPIs related to productivity and quality.
|
- Utilize root cause analysis, preventative and corrective action to reduce/eliminate non-conformances.
|
- Creating both short and long term production plan with planning department, taking required actions and following up.
|
- Maintain positive, team relationships with internal and external customers, as well as co-workers.
|
- Continuously improve production processes by implementing Lean initiatives.
