We are looking for a "Foam Production Engineer" with the following characteristics to be employed in our company.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To follow and analyze strictly the OEM specification about chemical and mechanical characteristics of foam products
- To define a suitable system of raw material with the chemical supplier in order to cover customer requirements
- To carry out the continuous improvement study in order to get the targets of the rework and the scraps ratio
- To prepare flowchart of process and introduce the process and product informations to MRP (SAP)
- To define process parameters for machines.
- To follow closely the data of product (3D Models & 2D drawings) issued by the customer
- To manage mould production for foam with mould supplier
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
- 3 years of experience in foam production (polyurethane)
- Advanced speaking & writing English skills
- Quality & Detail focused
- Effective communication skills
- Open-minded
- Ready to challenge
- No obstacle for traveling
