QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for "Production Engineer" for our organization in Turkey.
- University degree (preferably in Mechanical and Metallurgy)
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Living (or willing to live) in Bursa
- Very good analytical and critical thinking and problem solving skills
- No military service obligation for male candidates
- No restriction for travelling
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Management and organization of all employees’ shifts in the factory and will be in charge of employee expeditions
- Ensure that the production is done according to Company standards and legal requirements with required quality, quantity, time, cost and HSE
- Exporting technical directives from headquarter to production
- Understanding customer complaints and problem-solving
- Cooperative work with other departments
- Animate the root cause analysis of production actions
- Follow operator trainings
- Follow new projects
- Follow and improve 5 S activities
- Animate improvements activities in production like kaizen, etc
