QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

REQUIRED SKILLS:

· Graduated from Mechanical-Chemistry-Industry-Textile-Manufacturing-Automotive Engineering departments of universities.(assembly line experience is preferred)

· Good command of English (Second language German is preferred),

· Good PC Skills (MS Office Programs) (SAP Knowledge is an asset),

· Preferably have experience in production

· Having knowledge and experience of IATF 16949

· Having knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen

· Flexible

· Team Player

· Good communication and stress management skills

· No military service obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Making sure production lines meet their productivity targets & increase efficiency and prevent waste.

· Following up current and potential problems that hinder the line's ability to produce with higher performance and providing solutions to overcome them.

· Manage daily: absenteeism, holidays, safety rules enforcement.

· Ensure respect of standards at shopfloor.

· Will be able to refer and manage the Blue Collar personnel subordinate to him/her

· Analyzing and reporting daily, weekly, monthly production data

· Enabling participation in teams that will work on increasing efficiency and preventing waste,
