QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a mechanical engineer to manage the maintenance plan for our production lines and machines, being as a leader of the mechanical team with our Company mission & vision to be employed in our factory located in Corlu / Tekirdag.
Main Responsibilities
- Organize the necessary maintenance plan, human resources, and necessary spare parts to keep the lines, machines, and equipment in good/ready condition to run.
- Ensure Occupational Health & safety and quality.
- Minimize the maintenance cost costs by decreasing the breakdowns and localization of the spare parts.
- Monitor the production lines MTBF and MTTR figures and make improvements to the reliability of equipment.
- Conduct the Line, machine, and equipment-related projects and adopt technological innovations to process.
- Monitor and increase the ability and the motivation of the blue collars in the maintenance team.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronic Engineering
- Analytical, open-minded, team player, and good communication skills
- Good level of MS Office applications, knowledge of SAP is preferred,
- Preferably knowing TPM & WCM methods
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to respond under pressure
- Experience of working in cross-functional teams within a matrix environment is desirable
- Very strong work ethic, resilience in the face of pressure, good team player, ability to meet multiple stretching deadlines
- Fluent in English
- Willing to reside at Corlu / Tekirdağ
