QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Preferably >5 years experience in Utility operations and maintenance
  • Good command of MS office programs, AutoCAD, Solidworks
  • Preferably have knowledge of Kaizen, 5S, 6Sigma etc. project development and improvement
  • Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO22001, ISO14000, ISO50001 and similar Quality Management Systems – preferably internal auditor
  • Ability to use problem solving techniques, why-why analysis, RCA
  • Analytical and open-minded, creative, team worker, good communication skills
  • Experience with HSE applications on the site
  • Ability to make energy consumption calculations (Heat exchange)
  • Must live or be willing to relocate to Çorlu / Çerkezköy / Saray / Tekirdağ


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To manage daily operations and maintenance activities for all Utility equipment (Boilers, Compressors, Chillers, Cooling Towers, N2 plants)
  • To manage the water treatment unit
  • To manage preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities
  • To monitor and manage the activities of contractors at site for various mechanical activities
  • Determining and purchasing material needs, preparing technical specifications
  • Taking part in new machinery and equipment installation projects, improve Utility systems regarding the requirements of the plant
  • Providing necessary documentation, spare parts and training for new machinery and systems to facilitate smooth operation in the future
  • Providing data for daily and monthly reports to the Mechanical & Utility Manager and preparing the necessary reports
  • Standardization of system failure and to reduce the downtime
