QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Maintain safe, secure work environment by following Schneider Electric standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
- Make improvement studies to reduce production losses caused by line, machine, and automation.
- Contribute to various improvement projects and supply technical support at new investments.
- Track and improve maintenance KPIs, realize periodical maintenance activities on time.
- Lead the Cybersecurity actions on-site and track Cybersecurity KPIs.
- Define predictive maintenance, preventive, corrective complex operations (level 3 4 5 requiring the use of a wide field of expertise
- Decide, prioritize implement with manufacturing the maintenance actions plan in order to maintain machines original state
- Could manage functionally a team of maintenance technicians according to SPS (Schneider Performance system) SIM rules and cycle event of the plant
- Manage the TPM on the whole process to increase the reliability and availability of workstations, production lines
- Manage the technical aspects for the capability of all internal external tools under the responsibility of the plant
- Manage to optimize maintenance costs including spare parts inventory
- Organize the intervention of his team in the implementation and ramp-up of new workstations or production line
- He has complementary expertise with IST 4
- Data ownership (working closely with LES 4 Ensure consistency and updating of the information system maintenance (CMMS ComputerizedMaintenance Management System
- Ensure full compliance with Schneider Electric Security Policies including new means coming from industrialization and rectify the potential deficiencies.
- Own the inventory of all OT assets and ensure data accuracy via Claroty
- Monitor potential cyber threats and mitigate them with remote support from the Connected Services Hub.
- Remediate identified cyber vulnerabilities with Support from Schneider Digital when needed.
- Support incident response process when a cyber incident is detected and handled by the Security Operations Center in collaboration with the Connected Services Hub (cf. Operations Delivery Model below)
- With Support from Schneider Digital, ensure the maintenance of the Technologies and make sure of 100% compliancy with Schneider Digital standards
- Support transformation projects launched by the global Cybersecurity Team to sustain the Plant Cybersecurity Performance
- Lead mandatory “Cybersecurity for shopfloor employees training course, onsite and once a year, with Support from local HR.
- Manage the yearly Cyber Assessment and remediate any detected irregularities.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, French is a plus
- Knowledge of SCADA and PC based Softwares
- Knowledge about IT, OT infrastructures, and Cybersecurity
- Knowledge about MS Office Applications
- Experience in process and motion automation
- Knowledge about Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems
- Experience in coding/ PLC and HMI programming and technical drawing software (preferably UnityPro, Vijeo Designer, SoMachine, Eplan, AutoCAD, etc.)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and result oriented
- Very good communication and coordination skills.
- Outside the box thinking ability.
- Residency in İzmir or Manisa.
