QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Min. 3-5 years experience and/or knowledge in industrial maintenance,
- Must have experience and knowledge of TPM,
- Knowledge in utilities (boiler room, ac, compressed air, fire pumps)
- MS Office applications and ERP knowledge is a plus,
- Analytical and open-minded, self-motivated, team worker, good communication skills,
- Knowledge of technical drawing programs (Autocad, Solidworks etc.)
- Supporting spare parts purchasing and inventory management.
- Fluency in written and spoken English,
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Developing and maintaining process control procedures,
- Planning, coordinating and executing scheduled maintenance on machinery and equipment and providing sustainable solutions.
- Identifying and analyzing root causes of breakdowns.
- Supervising technical staff and 3rd Party companies
- Performing corrective and preventive maintenance
- Preparing maintenance reports and schedules.
- Keeping all instrumentation related work procedures and policies
- Playing an active role in audit processes and taking the actions completely.
- Following up the investment projects
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
