QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for ' Maintenance Manager ' for our dynamic and growing organization, to be located in Cerkezkoy.
General Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or Electrical & Electronical Engineering etc.
- Min. 5 years of experience in maintenance activities of production companies (automation systems, laser, technological machinery etc.)
- Good level of technical knowledge and knowledge of today's technologies. Especially hydraulic and pneumatic systems, automation systems etc.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, hydraulic and pneumatic schemes, and P&ID’s
- Experience in team management and strong leadership skills
- Excellent command of both speaking and writing in English
- Good command of MS Office, autocad, solidworks, ERP etc.
- SAP experience will be an asset
- Good knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety rules
- Working experience with Management Systems ( ISO 50001, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 etc.) is an asset
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Residing/able to reside in Çerkezköy or Çorlu
Job Description:
- To lead implementation of new automotive lines
- Manage new investment projects
- To ensure that all maintenance activities in the shifts are carried out effectively in accordance with OHS rules
- To ensure that planned and periodic maintenance practices are carried out properly
- To lead the maintenance team
- Manage the maintenance department budget
- Manage the stock level of the spare parts
