QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Döktaş Dökümcülük is a leading company in Turkey specialized in manufacturing of pig, ductile and aluminium castings supplied to automotive, heavy commercial vehicles, construction and agricultural machinery industry. Döktaş which has three plants and 2500 employees in Turkey was acquired by Güriş Holding in July 2018.
We are looking for a “Maintenance Manager ” with the following features to work together in our production facilities located Aluminium Plant in Manisa.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable universities
· Minimum 10 years of experience inmaintenance management in automotive industry preferably aluminium processes
· Supervision of both mechanical & electrical group is a must
· Good command of English both written & spoken
· Good communication, team management and leadership skills
· Good problem-solving and planning skills
· Analytic and result oriented
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office and SAP PM module
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Preparing the maintenance plans of the machines and equipments and completing the maintenance of the machines according to this plan
· Controlling, monitoring, eliminating and reporting the breakdown of the machines in production
· Performing corrective and preventive actions
· Budget planning for machinery and equipment
· Controlling subcontractor activities within the factory
· To cooperate with group companies and prepare periodic reports
· To manage Health and Safety Regulations
