Bsc/Msc Degree at Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering
Excellent communication skills and able to work in a team environment
Effective and systematic problem-solving skills.
Analytical thinking, result-oriented
Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Experienced in industrial maintenance
Advanced level of English
Good knowledge of MS Office Applications,
Good level in AutoCAD
Decision maker and result-oriented.
Have capability to work under stress
Open to new ideas and innovation-focused



  • Identify and manage asset reliability risks that could adversely affect plant or business operations
  • Track the production losses and abnormally high maintenance cost assets then find ways to reduce those losses or high costs
  • Responsible to develop a plan to eliminate or reduce the losses through root cause analysis, obtains approval of the plan, and facilitates the implementation
  • Responsible to prepare and follow up downtime, unplanned downtime, Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), Top 10 costs, True Efficiency reports
  • Responsible risk management to the achievement of an organization's strategic objectives in the areas of environmental health and safety, asset capability, quality, and production
  • Responsible for FMEA - Failure modes and effects analysis and CA - Criticality analysis
  • Works with CTS team to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations
  • Responsible for adhering to the Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM) process throughout the entire life cycle of new assets.
  • Responsible to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems
  • Responsible to define, design, develop, monitor and refines an "Asset Maintenance Plan"
  • Provide input to a Risk Management Plan that will anticipate reliability-related, and non-reliability-related risks that could adversely impact plant operation
  • Develop solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect plant operations
  • Responsible for Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System,
  • Responsible for value analysis to repair/replace, repair/redesign, and make/buy decisions.
  • Responsible for analyzing breakdown problems and implementing RCA system to decrease the breakdown ratio,
  • Responsible for analyzing data & performance, cost and loss reports ( MIR )
  • Responsible for implementing Early Equipment Management to eliminate losses and reduce risks
  • Responsible to optimize asset availability, reducing all Losses using Lean tools
  • Supporting Spare Part Warehouse Supervisor to Monitor and Control the spare parts budget on a regular way. Taking actions to stay inside the budget
  • Participate in new projects and follow commissioning and start-up stages
  • Monitor and analyze planned and unplanned stops and based on these findings, find opportunities for development.
  • Design and improve online vibration monitoring system and thermal control system
  • Ensure put in place and continuously improve the maintenance plan preventive, predictive and corrective actions to guaranteeing the safety and the good condition of the machines so as to achieve high productivity and good quality.
  • Co-operate with Maintenance Planner to increase the effectiveness of maintenance plan and repairs activities.
  • Maintains Food Safety, Health &Safety, ISO 14001 environmental policies and procedures
  • Capability development of maintenance crew via training and Kaizen projects.
  • Management and implementation of quality, safety, improvement, and resource conservation projects.
  • Taking necessary actions in the plant for working in high-level AIB, IPS, GEHSMS standards.
  • Making the criticality analysis for the plant for continuous running of the lines.
  • Reporting and controlling energy, downtime, maintenance cost, safety, and projects KPIs.
  • Organizing the root cause analysis sessions for the team in order to eliminate downtimes, AIB, and safety problems.
  • Tracking of the maintenance team performance and getting improving actions when necessary.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are done according to GEHSMS and ISO 14001 standards.
  • Duty holder for the PeMM assessment value drivers.
  • Leading Industry 4.0 agenda for the plant.
  • Following productivity agenda and manage the lean six sigma projects.
  • Take the responsibilities of plants CAPEX agenda after the new organization of the CTS team.
  • Follow up plant's lean agenda.
