QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Maintenance Technology Engineer (Electrical-Electronics) to join our team at our Tuzla Plant Orgachem!
· Graduated from related Engineering departments,
· Proficient in English,
· Good command of Microsoft Office programs,
· Knowledge of electrical systems, control and automation systems,
· Willing to work under maintenance engineering and discipline
· Will be able to perform organizational tasks such as tracking spare parts, making connections with suppliers and units within the company,
· Ability to prioritize multiple business tasks,
· Successful in relationship management, prone to teamwork,
· Successful in providing information and collecting information,
· Will be able to adapt to flexible working hours,
· Class B driver's license,
· To ensure that routine maintenance work is carried out and that equipment errors are repaired in a timely and rapid manner, to diagnose fault sources, to install new parts and to make sure that the equipment is working correctly,
· To follow the energy management, to determine the savings points, to examine the current consumption and to evaluate the newly commissioned systems from this perspective,
· To ensure continuous and safe operation of auxiliary facilities (UPS, Generators, Transformer),
· To design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods,
· To control new projects and development projects with the electrical safety framework
· To ensure continuity of card-pass and camera systems
· To ensure continuity of SCADA-PLC systems and take related action when needed
· To maintain and develop IOT at the facility
· To take related action in cases of MODBUS-Profibus Hard, 4-20 mA TCP/IP communication protocol malfunctions
· To follow grounding, paratorner and electrical interior installation check-ups
