QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

MISSION & MAIN ACTIVITIES:

We are looking for a teammate who is experienced in LV-MV-WV electrical systems, generator, UPS, ventilation, air conditioning, fire detection, and supression systems, SCADA/PLC systems as well as mechanical installation and maintenance planning, contracting, project improvements, reporting, and team management.

  • Make annual maintenance planning for Electromechanical (E&M) systems, perform weekly maintenance in accordance with this plan, supply necessary resources for maintenance, control, and report by consolidating maintenance forms.
  • Prepare instructions and forms of the planned maintenance, ensuring their dissemination in the field and updating them regularly,
  • Manage all routine maintenance activities and intervene quickly in all corrective maintenance activities, report the resolved malfunctions, prevent the repetition of the malfunctions by doing root cause analysis, plan and schedule corrective maintenance activities.
  • Make reports for corrective and preventive maintenance through the maintenance program
  • Prepare maintenance contracts for outsourced maintenance, supervising the maintenance, and contract follow-ups
  • Support and supervise the team of specialists and technicians on technical, competence and HSE issues, and cooperate with the HR& Training department so that the teams receive the due trainings and certificates.
  • Create team spirit through day and night 7/24 work cycle.
  • Manage, control, and monitor the equipment in technical buildings and maintenance workshop, warehouse management by assets, spare parts, work machines and hand tools in the warehouse.
  • Make Heavy Maintenance planning for the systems and follow up their execution.
  • Being aware of the contractual obligations of the Maintenance Department and ensuring the compliance of the works carried out according to the determined criteria
  • Prepare and report the records related to the Health, Safety and Environment aspects of the work done,
  • Improve annual maintenance budget,
  • Substitute for the Infrastructure and Equipment Manager and Senior Maintenance Specialist, if necessary.
  • Comply with the relevant procedures, instructions, and other legal requirements of all certified management systems,
  • Comply with HSE rules and procedures, Company's Human Resources policies and Code of Ethics.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electrical - Electronic engineering
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in Maintenance, Troubleshooting, HSE and asset management,
  • Good knowledge of spoken and writtenEnglish is a must
  • Experienced in transformers, generator, UPS systems
  • Experienced in lighting equipment and troubleshooting
  • Experienced in lightning and troubleshooting
  • Experienced in PLC, Scada and ventilation systems,
  • Experienced in troubleshooting and maintenance of systems such as CCTV, Fire Alarm and Public Announce system
  • Knowledge about electric, diesel pumps, indoor mechanical installations is preferred
  • Have basic knowledge of IT networks and systems, is preferred
  • Knowledge about Workshop-Warehouse processes, able to implement 5-S, experienced in spare parts and stock tracking processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs,
  • Advanced Computer skills - Experienced in using SAP, Maximo, RMMS (Routine Maintenance Management Systems),
  • Experienced in contract follow-up and management
  • Planning, control, and reporting skills
  • Experienced in work permit and LOTO systems.
  • Knowledge of risk assessment processes.
  • Have good communication and problem-solving skills,
  • High voltage certification is preferred
  • AutoCAD experience is preferred
