QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Turquoise Yachts is one of the leading mega yacht companies in Turkey. MBH, one of our major shareholders which is a multinational corporation with operations and subsidiaries, spreads across the globe with 82 companies in 22 different countries.
We are looking for a Electrical Design Engineer who will work under the guidance of Electrical Engineering Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree preferably in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience in similar positions
- 2-3 years of experience in maritime sector is an advantage
- Fluency in English
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
Responsibilities
- Generating the Design Calendar of the Project belongs to him/her, adhering to this calendar and making the necessary arrangements to minimize the man-hour expenditures in this direction
- Carrying out the communication with customers
- Attending Design Meetings to be held with the customers regularly
- Leading the Draftsmen and the Design Engineers who work with
- Making the project drawings, when necessary, especially drawings with high technical knowledge requirements
- Controlling the projects using specific Electrical Calculation Programs
- Preparing a Design Report on the project regularly to the Design Manager
- Carrying out the necessary communication with the other departments and to ensure coordination
