- New graduates or master students of Industrial Engineering
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Excellent command of MS Office applications
- Interpersonal skills to act as a good team player
- Good communication skills to be an active member of a multi-disciplinary and international team
- Analytical thinking ability and willing to work in dynamic environment
Job Description:
- Observe & define all wastes in manufacturing and develop solutions to eliminate waste
- Ensure up-to-date manpower efficiency and capacity files of production lines
- Track and manage plant master action plan for labor/capacity improvement opportunities
- Lead lean manufacturing and operating systems implementation in production and management environment with the perspective of SPQVC
- Develop right operating system in production area for material and information flow
- Ensure implementation of standard work in production lines
- Support layout changes for efficient resource utilization
- Report relevant KPI’s to follow up system performance in lean manufacturing
- Support and ensure desired 5S level in the plant
- Ensure and support Lean Philosophy deployment and support in-house educations
