QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Management Trainees for following departmants;
Manufacturing Engineering
- New graduates or master students of Mechanical Engineering
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Ability to interpret technical drawings
- Knowledge of quality concepts and principles based on ISO9001/IATF16949
- Analytical thinking
- Effective and efficient working time
- Be open to change and adapt to changing conditions
- Willingness and potential for learning and development
- Tend to teamwork
- To comply with general business ethics rules
- Proactive,multi-task oriented and highly organized
- Demonstrate appropriate (verbal or non-verbal) communication skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Performing product and shipment inspections when necessary
- Supporting control plan preparations
- Monitoring Quality performance
- Follow up daily Quality alerts and their actions
- Generate machine documentation for operations and maintenance.
- Support process control and process development, specifically in the areas of quality and equipment capability.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement and cost reduction programs.
- Optimize process flow and line efficiency by designing or improving tools, jigs, stations, work methods and ergonomics using the 5S methodology.
