- University degree in mechanical or industrial engineering
- Min 5 years experience in a similar position in automotive industry
- Has basic knowledge of PLC and Pneumatics.
- Has experience in robotics, precise length and pressure control devices and vision control equipments
- Good at MS Office applications
- Excellent command of English ability and fluent speaking
- Good follow up
- Strong analytical thinking and good communication skills
- Persuasiveness, Team spirit
- Taking initiative and having eagerness to learn
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
İŞ TANIMI
- Responsible from assembly production line
- Responsible of management assembly line team
- Improvement of productivity, quality and ergonomics by using lean tools
- Tracking OEE loss factors and taking prompt actions
- communication with stakeholders about improvements and customer specific requirements
- Supporting VSM and Lean production system tools
- Responsible for implementation of new projects to assembly lines
- Responsible for the Assembly line documentation and reports
- Supporting PFMEA studies
