QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering,
- Master’s Degree is a plus,
- Excellent command of written and verbal English,
- Experience in PCBA production is a plus,
- Experience in TPM facilities is a plus,
- Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,
- Preferably SAP knowledge,
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment,
- Will be able to reside in Izmir or Manisa.
JOB DESCRIPTION;
- Involve in FMEA and other quality and manufacturing improvement activities,
- Preparing work instructions considering customer specific requirements,
- Following KPIs and costs effectiveness analysis,
- Implementation and commissioning of new products and design changes into the assembly processes,
- Planning of the assembly processes to increase production capacity and commissioning of the required machines and equipment,
- Optimization of the production processes considering new technologies and efficiency,
- Improvement of production processes regarding to occupational safety, ergonomic issues and quality.
Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations).
