Key Responsibilities

  • Manage launch of products, categories, or brands and ATL/BTL activities
  • Develop strategies and prepare brand plans according to consumer/customer insights, execute activities in line with these strategies, achieve KPIs and monitor results
  • Plan, monitor, execute and evaluate HCP communication and DTC media strategies and activities, promotional activities (BTL and/or ATL), trade promotions, packaging etc. in accordance with related Ministry regulations
  • Plan and manage annual brand budgets
  • Track and analyze brand performance
  • Manage 3rd party relations and agency communications
  • Organize events, meetings and show strong presence in related congresses
  • Lead product trainings for the sales team
  • Maintain close contact with BD, R&D and sales to sense business conditions and trends
  • Develop and implement business development plans and monitor progress of specific projects
  • Create advocacy via Advisory Board and KOL management; pay visits to the target audience and develop projects

Ideal Candidate

  • University degree, MBA is preferable.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand management
  • OTC and HCP knowledge, launch experience, digital and traditional media experience, FMCG, retail and e-commerce experiences are all assets.
  • Excellent command of English
