The position has complete marketing function scope including but not limited to advertising, media, brand management, public relations, customer relationship management, as well as related financial and operational functions with direct reporting to Marketing Director.


Skills & Experience

o Bachelor's degree from a related field (preferably marketing, engineering, business, economics etc.)

o Preferably master's degree in marketing

o At least 10 years of experience in marketing and brand management in the FMCG sector; having a market insight in beauty industry is a plus,

o Preferably familiar with 360 degree marketing, planning and communication,

o Closely following current sector and market trends and living in digital world,

o Excellent verbal and written skills in English. Additional languages such as Spanish, German would be a plus,

o Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills,

o Goal oriented, able to implement strategic vision and deliver real results,

o Ability to think strategically, analytically and adjust quickly to changes and opportunities,

o Driven by heart as much as metrics,

o Friendly and easy to get along with,

o Passionate about making a difference in our customers' lives and growing our brand.


Job Description

o Develop, manage and drive all aspects of marketing strategies to maximize the brand identity and reach more customers with impactful messaging,

o Prepare annual marketing plan, budget and activity grid in accordance with company strategies and objectives,

o Lead the team to manage and collaborate with local advertising, digital/programmatic and media agencies to develop innovative digital media campaigns,

o Develop and execute qualitative and quantitative market research. Track trends, analyze market research & studies, make recommendations for the business,

o Increase brand awareness by conducting marketing, advertising and brand management studies,

o Take an active role in new product launch activities,

o Realize joint projects in the field of innovation and product trends with the R&D department,

o Manage and improve the Customer Relationship Management ("CRM") function,

o Conduct customer segmentation analysis with correlating program design and implementation,

o Manage, develop, coach and train staff,

o Collaborate with sales teams to lead branding events.
