QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Established in Malaysia in 1993, DXN Holdings Bhd. maintains its position as the Top 24 direct selling company worldwide. The core business activities of DXN include cultivation, manufacturing and marketing of the food supplements. Based in Malaysia with worldwide operation, the company is well-known for its Ganoderma business. Its product lines include dietary supplements, food and beverages, personal care products, skin care & cosmetics, household products and water treatment system.

Since its inception in 1993, DXN has upheld its concept of 'One Dragon One World One Market and One Mind'. For DXN Turkey, our Turkey branch located in Istanbul since 2016, we are looking for a young, enthusiastic “Marketing Manager/Marketing Executive” who will report to Country Manager within the following qualifications.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field;

· At least 5 years of professional experience in the marketing (preferably in MLM company but not a must)

· Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills

· Ability to work under pressure in a highly dynamic environment, manage multiple and challenging responsibilities, meet urgent deadlines, seek and create new opportunities

· Fluent level of spoken and written English and Turkish

· Demonstrated leadership and strategic competencies

· Customer oriented, constructive, friendly service approach

· No restriction to travel as required by the role

· Excellent problem solving, analytical and presentation skills

· High sense of responsibility and ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)

· Competent in teamwork

· Ability to discover and implement innovative approaches and being aware of digital world.

· Enthusiasm for learning and willing to work with foreign cultures.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Develop, manage and drive all aspects of marketing strategies to maximize the brand identity and reach more customers with impactful messaging,

· Prepare annual marketing plan, budget, activity calendar and all reports in accordance with company strategies and objectives,

· Lead the team to manage and collaborate with local advertising, digital/programmatic and media agencies to develop innovative digital media campaigns,

· Develop and execute qualitative and quantitative market research. Track trends, analyze market research & studies, make recommendations for the business,

· Increase brand awareness by conducting marketing, advertising and brand management studies,

· Take an active role in new product launch activities,

· Regarding the sector; Evaluating and reporting data such as market size, market potential/growth trends, market share of competitors, alternative products, purchasing volume and potential of customers, capacity of members and similar datas.

· Manage and improve the Customer Relationship Management ("CRM") function,

· Conduct customer segmentation analysis with correlating program design and implementation,

· Manage, develop, coach and train staff,

· Collaborate with distributors and leaders to lead branding events.
