QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Our company is looking to hire a marketing assistant who will be working closely with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our brands. Prior work experience in medical industry on administration, sales, or marketing is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams and partners on marketing strategy,
- Assist marketing manager in development and execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, new product launches and social media,
- Execute the preparation, issuance, and delivery of marketing materials including: websites, sales collateral, graphics, exhibit properties, advertising, and promotional programs,
- Develop and create marketing materials, such as presentations, brochures,
- Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Ability to learn quickly,
- Proven experience as marketing assistant or similar role,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Adobe Acrobat,
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks,
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field, marketing or related fields is a plus,

- Experience with product launches and/or integrated marketing campaigns,
- Ability to coordinate and manage design of marketing materials.
Preferred:
Basic level of Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
Having experience on medical industry is a plus.
