· Bachelors Degree from a related department (Communication, New Media etc.) ,
· Minimum 2-3 years experience,
· Excellent inter-personal and communication skills,
· Strong (self-) organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure,
· Good command of MS Office programs, especially Word, Excel and Power Point,
· Excellent level of fluency in written and oral English, Turkish languages,
· Verbal/Oral translation/interpret work during the meetings and professional conversations,
· Work closely with the translation interface to complete translation requirements of various departments,
· Establish new processes and improve upon existing processes related to project support,
· Support Marketing Department in the development of Brand Identity,
· Project follow up, collecting all needs and requests to transfer to the agency, preparing internal meeting and documents, keep update the category and marketing team on the project evolution.
· Participate in the planning and review phases of the translations,
· Create translation plans and schedules,
· Assist with any additional tasks required by management,
· Assisting our CMO,
· High level of scheduling, prioritizing, task management, and follow up of our CMO’s agenda and meetings,
· Managing travel and meeting organizations,
· Proactively identifies and resolves executive needs,
· Assisting CMO while preparing top management presentations,
· Maintaining a strong working relationship with other relevant departments,
· Researching and analyzing market trends, macroeconomic data,
· Preparing and monitoring expense budget.
