QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Cliff Bodrum restaurant will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner with an ever-changing view of the Aegean Sea and the Greek Islands. On the menu you will find creative, zesty Aegean mezzes re-imagine by the talented Allium chefs. Crispy sourdough breads will be baked in the woodfire oven as the chefs are adding their final touches to the mezzes and the seafood varieties.
Cliff Pool Bar presents innovative signature cocktails during daytime with great food pairings. An extensive wine list includes wines from well known local or boutique Turkish producers as well as international wines from reputable wine houses. Should you prefer; a wide selection of spirits, cognacs, whiskeys, craft beers are also available at Cliff Pool Bar.
The Beach Bar will serve you anything you desire around the beach area. Freshly brewed coffee to greet the day as you watch the sun rays shimmer on the inviting Aegean Sea, a delicious lunch after you take a swim in the refreshing water, a delicately mixed cocktail or a glass of wine as the sun sets over the Greek Archipelago.
Summary of Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:
- Research and identify new tactics to support the properties.
- Identify through brainstorming sessions with key department heads opportunities to execute Social & Digital campaigns.
- Research and monitors activity of company competitors (social & digital)
- Create monthly Social Media/Digital advertising plan for offers/events/happenings within the predetermined period across all channels/platforms
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action across all social channels.
- Manage internal websites to ensure all information is up to date
- Photography & Videography Campaigns
- Handle and coordinate all media requests, media releases, enquiries and presentations-hosting media, influencers and VIPs to drive quality media and impactful word of mouth
- Flexibility and initiative as the role and responsibilities evolve and change.
- Managing and servicing on a daily basis the designated accounts with the assistance of the operational teams.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English, secondary language preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, media
- Has a creative vision.
- Photography skills is a plus and is willing to take photographs at key hotel events for Social media and website as necessary.
- Strong organizational skills. Must have ability to manage multiple tasks with keen attention to detail.
- Entry level position but must have marketing knowledge as well as keep up with emerging channels and technology.
- Strategic thinking & self-starter. Must be able to work with others to solve complex problems and take initiative to see and define new opportunities and put plans in place to exploit them.
- Previous experience in hotel, travel & tourism, service sector is a plus
- Ability to maintain complete confidentiality at all times
- High degree of personal loyalty & integrity
- Team player – with a sense of humor even in the face of adversity
- Highly professional in appearance, character and conduct
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Effective interpersonal skills, resourcefulness and creativity
