Coats is a global textile Group employing 19.000 employees in over 60 countries across six continents around the world. Coats’ Turkish subsidiary, Coats Türkiye, is searching for a Marketing Communications & Global Events Manager to work in the İstanbul.

  • Proven experience in developing and delivering marketing campaign across multiple channel from Social/PR/Events
  • Event running experience desirable

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Marketing Manager globally oversee and coordinate the agreed deliverables. They will provide support where needed and encourage best practice sharing. They will be responsible for developing and implementing an OMNI channel marketing strategy and plan.

  • Design and develop where relevant a CVP Customer Value Proposition (CVP) working collaboratively with key commercial owners and Head of Marketing.
  • Develop marketing strategies and plans implementation initiatives through marketing campaigns, materials and events and PR, working closely with internal creative, commercial and digital teams.
  • Oversee and support segment initiatives making sure the branding look and feel are all aligned, global processes are followed and all CVPs, plans, content is available and promoted to internal stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver all necessary assets from information sheets, factsheets, flyers, brochures, presentations, videos, shade cards, sample books, toolkits.
  • Ensure best practice sharing across all segment owners and keep an overview of all activities on a quarterly basis for performance tracking.
  • Day to day budget management track against plan for the annual budget allocated
  • Ensure that the organisation’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels utilised by the campaign in close partnership with the Brand Manager
  • Ensuring campaigns are executed within budget and on time
  • Where necessary, work and manage external agencies e.g PR or Creative Agency
  • Develop key global events calendar working closely with local markets to establish consistency of events.
  • Project manage key global events and webinars (Coats Casts)
  • Manage and coordinate the relationship with external events supplier(s) ensuring that they understand Coats and Coats brand and can best support Coats to leveraging our event investments; as well as managing all event logistics
  • Publicise and promote key global events to Coats internal and external audiences where appropriate
  • Manage key global pre-event planning, e.g. organising guest speakers and delegate packs etc.
  • Evaluate key global event performance, including leads and return on investment tracking and deliver wrap-up reports.
  • Attend where appropriate any major global event to ensure that plans are executed as expected and that any learnings and inputs from the events are incorporated in future plans.
