The Marketing Department Assistant is a fast problem solver, clear thinker, and result & quality oriented member of the Marketing team. This position plays a key role on the Car Purchase and Operations team to support letgo’s growing local business by supporting all marketing department with the administrative and operational tasks. The Marketing Department Assistant reports directly to the CMO and is based in Istanbul.
Your challenge:
- To be the point person for all marketing daily administrative duties.
- To increase the performance and capacity of marketing team via supporting them with administrative operations
- To work closely with related departments of marketing
- To coordinate marketing contracts by tracking the timeline,
- To assist with coordination of print and shipment to necessary locations,
- To update the necessary documents such as budget file according to timeline
To get there, you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree in related fields
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in related area
- Excellent command of MS Office
- Interest to work in a dynamic and fast paced startup environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish, and being effective communicator
- Proficient level of English (both written and spoken) is a must
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, & integrity while completing tasks in a timely manner
- High energy, personal drive, self-motivation and most importantly ownership to accomplish business goals
