Role Purpose
Support marketing and product development actions within Digital Mobile Acquisition squad. Track commercial KPIs and results of campaigns.
Your Place in the team
- Monitor closely competitive position & sales performance.
- Ensure up to date, hero offers and/or competitive responses are ready at sales channels; align with other Center of Excellence and Finance departments where necessary.
- Bring commercial & journey related insights from other OpCos, VF Group, other markets & industries on digital fixed acquisition areas (thru continuous data analysis, researches, contacting with key people etc).
- Identify key opportunities and innovative product models to differentiate in the market through data analysis, competition benchmarks, extensive market research and understanding customer insights.
- Work across the organisation to ensure products and services in his/her responsibility area are delivered on time with an amazing customer experience.
- Request and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Initiate the corrective product related actions to be taken to achieve the planned objectives and to remain competitive against the competition.
- Work in harmony with agile practices.
Use of Modern Marketing:- To be the pioneer in transforming our commercial and product management approach using Modern Marketing Leadership
- Use data and analytic tools effectively (Adobe Analytics) to resolve customer issues and to identify and eradicate unnecessary challenges.
- Apply data management platforms (Audience manager, CVM Clusters, Big Data Models) to understand audiences, build segment and deliver unique audience profiles so digital channels can be personalized effectively
- Formulate hypotheses to construct and execute A/B tests in order to maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, personas, and journeys
- Try new technologies and services, explores digital opportunities to boost digital sales and engagement. (Gamifications, Member gets member etc.)
We are looking for you if you have- Having a passion for product & marketing.
- Being 3rd or 4th grade students that are studying in reputable universities (preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Management Information Systems and related fields of study)
- Good level of English
- Being able to work for min. 3 days in a week
- Excellent command in MS Office Programs especially in Excel
- Strong ability in planning, reporting and analyzing
- Experience of working with large volumes of data
- Excellent level of Logic, Analytical and Critical thinking capabilities
