QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to work at INHOUSE GLOBAL, one of Turkey's leading International Real Estate Investment and Marketing institutions.

What are we looking for:

  • Graduated from related departments of universities,
  • At least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing ın real estate,
  • Excellent organization, planning, time and budget management skills,
  • Experienced in digital marketing channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Remarketing etc.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Content Management, e-mail marketing and Social Media.
  • Experienced in using, preparing and managing ads such as Google adwords, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, ads, etc.,
  • Experienced in creating a result-oriented and brand-based digital strategy,
  • Strong reporting skills and analytical perspective,
  • High idea generating skills, competent in text and content production,
  • Willing to work in a team,
  • Proficient in MS Office programs


What You’ll do:

  • Managing the SEO, SEM and PPC studies of the social media works related to the products served in the internet channels and online communication channels,
  • Use SEO and SEM techniques, along with all paid advertisement networks available,
  • Analyze and improve campaign performances, based on conversion results,
  • Creating digital marketing projects.
  • Developing marketing plan.
  • Event, promotion, organization etc. organized for the brand awareness of the institution. Organizing and managing all kinds of activities,
  • Planning the activities to increase the target audience traffic and new customer acquisition in the marketing and sales channel, creating campaigns suitable for the brand and target audience,
  • Determining, creating, evaluating and controlling the contents of social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Youtube) from an institutional point of view,
  • Determining the right channels where communication works will be carried out and their share in the budget,
  • Managing Google Ads and SEO processes for online communication studies, making content improvements to increase the efficiency of the website,
  • Updating the corporate website and social media contents and following the regular operation,
  • Preparation of digital marketing annual plan and budget.
  • Prepare, manage, and coordinate of digital or printed visual tools to be used in marketing
