QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Graduated from related departments of universities (Business, Economics, Economics and Administrative Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering) preferably with a Master's degree in marketing
At least 5 years of experience in product management, marketing,
Preferably with previous experience in the healthcare industry
Business management potential
Decision-making, persuasion, communication, customer orientation skills are developed,
Able to use MS Office programs effectively,
Fluent in English.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The products under its responsibility;
Preparing and following up the marketing strategies, plan and budget
Periodically collecting information about target audience, product, market, price and competition that will shed light on strategy and actions, monitor product performances, interpret and develop strategies
To follow the innovations and trends that are developing in the world related to the sector, to suggest ideas/applications that will create a competitive advantage
Carrying out the development process of new products in line with the marketing strategies, positioning them on the basis of segment / price / main product group, realizing their launches
Managing the product pricing process, being responsible for product profitability performance
Managing the processes of any catalog, price list, pop material to be used for product communication, developing content for digital marketing and CRM activities
Actively participating in the planning and execution of marketing communication activities in coordination with the communication teams
Directing product development processes by working in coordination with sales channel site visits, customer feedback and related departments
Making necessary reports for product performance monitoring
