Bachelors degree preferably in Business Administration or similar,
At least 2 years in Marketing/Sales related departments,
Preferably e-commerce experience in online platforms and/or in sales, marketing or business development departments in domestic appliances,
Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
Analytical thinking and good communication skills with team playing ability,
Problem solving and proactive approach with good negotiation and persuasion skills,
Entrepreneurial skills to spot gaps in the market, suggest ways to improve processes, or come up with new ideas,
Project management from design to completion with an action orientation.
Job Description
Working closely with ATL Agent to compose banners, communications, social media contents.
Product launch preparations (including user manuals and new product registrations on related systems),
Preparing product benchmarks,
Developing ecommerce business plans in cooperation with business partners and other functions,
Identifying and catching growth opportunities and creating action programs with efficiency analysis based on main KPI’s,
Analyzing channels performance by examining the markets, trend and sales data,
Managing daily maintenance/activities of product pages including availability, images, descriptions and content optimization,
Managing product availability (planning),
Establishing and monitoring performance, promotions and campaigns on various platforms/channels on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and generating reports,
Assisting in the planning and development of new business projects to ensure the targets are met in accordance with deadlines and provide updates in a timely manner,
