QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for
"Marketing Specialist"
working in liason with the Design Team, manages the social media accounts of the brand, maintains digital marketing agency partnerships, brand and influencer collaborations and assists with content creation for Bluemint’s owned media channels.
Qualifications;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or other related fields.
- Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar marketing or communications-related role, preferably in retail.
- Fluent in English: Excellent command of written and verbal English (second foreign language will be an asset).
- Highly competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) programs
- Experience with Facebook Business, Google Ads and Google Analytics is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, can-do attitude.
- Excellent organisation and problem solving skills
Job Description;
- Managing and maintaining the brand’s social media accounts. Replying to customer questions and concerns, in collaboration with the Customer Service Team.
- Creating content for the brand’s website, blog and social media accounts.
- Collaborating with our e-commerce team and digital marketing agency for the creation and execution of our digital marketing strategy.
- Working together with the design team on the creation of social media content calendar and online advertising assets.
- Reporting on online sales and social media advertising expenses.
- Coordinating influencer and brand partnerships.
- Nurturing relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders such as, agencies, developers, ad sales representatives etc to achieve business goals.
