QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Purpose of the role:

Facilitate the execution of the local trading line-up by supporting the Marketing Manager in defining opportunities and gaps.

Contribute to grant the coherent local campaign execution across touchpoints

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Regular deep dive of the TLU and careful approach to all global campaign presentations matching those with local analytical insights, in order to provide feedbacks to the Marketing Manager aimed at identifying gaps and opportunities for the local one.
  • Support in defining media plan with special focus on social & digital plan per campaign.
  • Brief the media, PR & social agencies for defining the investment plan per campaign.
  • Adaptation of all global campaign concepts and definition of the master layouts of the materials for the various marketing touchpoints (offline and online), either directly or in collaboration with other mktg areas
  • Regularly update the local campaign implementation calendar
  • Coordinate the PR agency daily work ensuring that all information and product needs are answered.
  • Support the PR agency in providing critical feedback while scouting influencers and how to activate them
  • Close collaboration with the Cluster teams, in the media, go , to market and PR area in order to provide local insights, to discuss opportunities and to update on results.
  • Adapt global press materials related to new launches, projects or corporate topics and provide them to the PR agency.
  • Coordinate the organization of different press days and events during the year.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in leading Product Activations campaigns, by developing the necessary local creative assets.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in developing Brand Activation projects by driving the involvement of all relevant marketing stakeholders of the team.
  • Build knowledge of the retail jewelry market, consumer behavior and competitor landscape from a communication standpoint.
  • Provide reporting for related subjects (i.e. media spending, press day, PR event etc.)

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS and TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • 5+ years of experience working within Marketing
  • Experience from retail, fashion or FMCG industry Experience in a multinational environment
  • Good knowledge of the Turkish influencer landscape
  • Proven experience in digital marketing
  • Fluent in English – verbally and written
