We are looking for “Digital Marketing Specialist” who will take part in the growing Gi Group team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree from a reputable university preferably in marketing, media & advertising, communication and other related majors,
  • Min 3 years of business experience in the digital marketing ecosystem,
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English,
  • Experienced in Wordpress or any other website management tools, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Social Media platforms,
  • Experienced in SEO and SEM campaign management,
  • Experienced in social media accounts, website or agency management,
  • Previous experience of using design tools: eg. Adobe, Canva is a plus,
  • Confident in creating, executing, analysing Google Ads & Facebook campaigns,
  • Good skills on content management, digital advertisement and related data analysis,
  • Proactive thinker with decision making ability,
  • Takes ownership of given responsibilities and delivers,
  • Highly motivated, continuous learner with ability to work collaboratively as a team as well as across functions.


Job Description:

  • Supporting Marketing Manager for execution of marketing strategy and marketing plan for the brands Gi Group, Wyser, Grafton and Tack TMI in Turkey,
  • Supporting Marketing Manager in projects and all related marketing activities,
  • Leading the brief process, briefing and managing external digital agencies,
  • Google SEM, SEO, Facebook, LinkedIn platforms digital campaign management, execution and reporting,
  • Supporting content marketing management and generating new ideas,
  • Supporting the production of all assets for promotional materials with agencies,
  • Work with social media agencies as being responsible of social media channels of the brands,
  • Responsible of execution of the content plans (social media, website, blog, email etc.) in line with the brand strategy,
  • Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional and communication materials,
  • Update contents of the websites of the brands based on SEO,
  • Creating monthly performance reports for social media, website and any other activities,
  • Identifying target profiles, personas and implementing digital campaigns based on strategy and given goals.
